An expert in brick quality and durability, Mr. Avanish specializes in production technology, materials, and defect analysis, helping manufacturers optimize quality control and resolve issues.
Manish Kumar – Environmental Clearance Expert
With 18 years of experience in social development, Manish specializes in Environmental Clearance and social safeguards, having worked with organizations like UNICEF, IL&FS, and the World Bank.
Mr. Shashi – Honorary Advisor, Energy Optimization
An advisor to the Sustainable Brick Industry Federation, Mr. Shashi guides energy-efficient kiln design and alternative fuel use to promote sustainable, eco-friendly brick production.
Narendra Deo – Skill Development & Education Expert
With 25 years in education and skill development, Narendra has led initiatives at IBM, NIIT, and Pearson Education, and is a founding member of the EARTH Foundation, focusing on poverty alleviation and education.
